show moreWe are currently seeking Rail Labourers for upcoming rail infrastructure and maintenance work in Western Sydney. Ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, safety focus, and experience working in the rail corridor or civil construction environment.
About the Role:
You will be assisting with various tasks across rail worksites, including manual handling, material distribution, spotters duties, general clean-up, and supporting machine operators and supervisors.
Key Duties:
- Labouring within the rail corridor
- Assisting with track maintenance and construction
- Operating small tools and equipment
- Following instructions and working within a safety-first environment
- Supporting site supervisors and trades
Requirements:
- Physically fit and reliable
- Current RIW card (Rail Industry Worker)
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
- Cat 3 Medical
- Strong understanding of rail safety protocols and procedures
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and outside of the machine when required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous rail or civil labouring experience (preferred)
