We are currently seeking Rail Labourers for upcoming rail infrastructure and maintenance work in Western Sydney. Ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, safety focus, and experience working in the rail corridor or civil construction environment.
About the Role:
You will be assisting with various tasks across rail worksites, including manual handling, material distribution, spotters duties, general clean-up, and supporting machine operators and supervisors.
Key Duties:
Labouring within the rail corridor
Assisting with track maintenance and construction
Operating small tools and equipment
Following instructions and working within a safety-first environment
Supporting site supervisors and trades
Requirements:
Physically fit and reliable
Current RIW card (Rail Industry Worker)
Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
Cat 3 Medical
Strong understanding of rail safety protocols and procedures
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and outside of the machine when required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous rail or civil labouring experience (preferred)
