With a new program designed to help those affected by the floods, build more resilient homes, this is a great opportunity to join a meaningful project.We have an immediate need for multiple OO7 Supervisors/Assessors located at Cannon Hill. Initial 6 month contract but the view is to extend for up to 3 years. The responsibility of the Supervisor/Condition Assessor is to coordinate program management activities for condition assessments including budget control, client communication, the allocation of internal resources and specialist subcontractors. The key responsibilities of the position include: Leading and supervising a team of condition assessors and support staff to ensure successful project delivery outcomes.Managing the delivery of condition assessment programs and projects particularly those deemed high risk, significant or complex in nature.Establishing and maintaining a rolling annual program of condition assessments on a range of government funded facilities.
