      Duties will include but not limited to:Responding to a high volume of customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner face to face or via phone and email.Obtaining and deciphering a variety of complex information from customers while simultaneously using a range of systems.Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, issuing written correspondence, raising customer requests as per the council procedures and policies.Liaising with other departments to identify opportunities for on-going improvement in the provision of internal and external customer services.To be successful you will have:Proven experience working in a fast paced phone based customer service environment.A strong level of resilience, ability to work with KPI’s.Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.The ability to work well within a team and individualy.Please note successful candidates may be required to undergo a police check and hold a valid workingwith children’s check.
