Are you a readily available Purchasing Coordinator with a flair for systems and training?
A leading engineering company is seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join a short-term project assisting the procurement team with a new purchasing system implementation. This is a hands-on role where your experience in SAP and stakeholder support will be critical to the project's success.
Key Responsibilities:
... Act as a resource and support for the procurement team during a new system implementation.
Ensure all purchase requisitions and purchase orders adhere to company policies and use correct supplier data.
Proactively monitor for PO deviations and handle day-to-day supplier issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assist in data cleaning activities to ensure master data (supplier details, tax codes, pricing) is accurate in the new system.
Provide training and support to internal teams on new processes.
About You:
Hands-on experience with procurement ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
A meticulous and organized professional with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
A confident and strong communicator on the phone, teams and email.
