About the Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio. You’ll have the autonomy to oversee day-to-day operations while being supported by an experienced team that values clear communication, professionalism, and teamwork.

Your duties will include:
Managing a residential portfolio of established properties
Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handling rental arrears, lease negotiations, and entry/exit inspections
Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
Using industry software (such as PropertyMe, Console Cloud, or similar) to maintain records and efficiency

About You
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their portfolio and approaches every interaction with professionalism and care. You’ll thrive in a supportive yet fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
To be successful, you’ll ideally bring:
Previous experience in property management (2+ years preferred)
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
