About the role:
The Project Manager plans, estimates, and manages internal and external projects within EOS Space Systems. The successful candidate will manage the planning and delivery of a range of next generation Space System and High energy laser capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the definition and management of assigned projects in accordance with contracted requirements and EOS Space Systems procedures.
- Oversight of project resources to ensure compliance to requirements while managing cost and schedule performance.
- Identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholders in the delivery of EOS Space Systems projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be the main point of contact for assigned projects.
- Report on assigned project status, opportunities, and risks to EOS Space Systems senior management periodically, as contracts and internal communication patterns require.
- Support a work environment that complies with company policies and procedures.

Experience:
- You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex defence projects.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience managing projects with the Department of Defence and/ or Defence prime contractors.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of engineering will be highly regarded.
