The Role
- Manage all on site activities and performance - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
- Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders in an upper management role (minimum of 5 years)
- Experience delivering projects north of $100m
- Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
- Experience developing talent
- Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 1 major project environment (In commercial Construction)
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
- Strong finishes and services experience on luxury apartments highly regarded
