Project Manager - ERP Financial Systems & Procurement | Contract to End of 2026 | Melbourne Western Suburbs
A well-regarded Melbourne organisation is looking for a senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of a TechOne ERP implementation across financial systems and procurement. This is a substantial engagement with an estimated 1.5 years of additional project work in the pipeline beyond the current contract term.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of three TechOne modules covering financial systems and procurement
- Managing project plans, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across finance, IT and the project delivery office
- Reporting on project status, milestones and budget to senior leadership
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience delivering TechOne ERP or financial system implementation end to end
- Strong background in financial systems and/or procurement modules
- Proven stakeholder management across technical, finance and executive audiences
- Higher education experience highly regarded
- Degree in IT, Business, Finance or related field
- PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM certification desirable

- Location: Melbourne's western suburbs (on-site requirement 2-3 days per week)
