Senior Project Manager, Integration is currently required for an 18 months fixed term assignment to manage the integration of major enterprise systems across Finance, Payroll, HCM (Human Capital Management), and Identity Management as part of a large IT transformation program of work. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, covering all phases from initial planning and scope definition through to testing and deployment. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless data flow between critical business systems, driving operational efficiency and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. You will also be required to perform the following tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale system integration projects involving HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Identity Management platforms,
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with key business and administrative stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integrations to achieve data consistency and process automation across enterprise systems

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Project Manager who has managed enterprise systems integrations with ERP systems as part of a large scale program of work. You will also have solid experience with the below:

• Strong technical understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, batch jobs, and web services.
• Expert knowledge of implementing and integrating major HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Identity Management platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Technology One, SuccessFactors, ADP, Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience with core enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, MuleSoft) and their native integration capabilities.
• Proven ability to successfully manage complex, multi-stream integration projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, risks, and resources within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Prior experience with integration platform technologies such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
