The Opportunity
As a Project Manager - Commercial Flooring, you will be the central figure for all your projects, managing the process end-to-end. Your key responsibilities will include:
Estimation & Client Engagement
... Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for diverse commercial flooring solutions, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
Process customer invoicing efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging in client meetings and product selection.
Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with builders and key industry partners.
Project Planning & Execution
Take full ownership of project management from planning to final installation.
Interpret architectural plans and specifications to define project scope and requirements.
Conduct site inspections and measures to ensure project accuracy.
Schedule and coordinate in-house staff and external contractors/installers.
Manage the ordering and supply of all necessary materials.

Skills & Experience (The 'Must-Haves'):
Proven experience in a similar role within flooring estimation, tendering, installation, or project management (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and timelines.
A strong foundation in customer service and relationship building.

Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
