Projects: Live environment Aged Care refurbishments Start date: 12th January 2026 (as early as 5th January would be preferable)Working hours: 8am-5:30pm, 38 hours per weekLocation: MelbournePay rate: $65 - $80 per hour + superannuation
Responsibilities:
- The role will be primarily focused on the delivery of unit refurbishments across Melbourne.
- This position will be under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager and is targeted at a project manager with grounded experience in residential or commercial type construction or refurbishment project.
- This role contributes to the assurance of compliance with procurement rules, scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining effective record keeping and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator in the Fit out & Refurbishment industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of tendering and contract administration processes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
