• The role will be primarily focused on the delivery of unit refurbishments across Melbourne.
• This position will be under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager and is targeted at a project manager with grounded experience in residential or commercial type construction or refurbishment project.
• This role contributes to the assurance of compliance with procurement rules, scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining effective record keeping and communication with stakeholders.

• Ideally, you will have experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator in the Fit out & Refurbishment industry.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of tendering and contract administration processes.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
