Are you a proactive Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager looking for a new role? We're hiring for a dynamic role with a leading utilities provider, where you’ll play a key part in a fast-paced Service Recovery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high volume of short-duration projects and work requests that directly address customer complaints, ensure regulatory compliance, and boost network performance. You'll be the linchpin, coordinating with field crews, contractors, and internal teams to deliver solutions efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of small-scale projects, from field data collection to minor capital works.
• Collaborate with field crews and contractors to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Work with investigators to track progress and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multiple small projects in an operational or utilities environment.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A solid understanding of project fundamentals like scope, schedule, and risk.
• Knowledge of WHS practices and safe field operations.
• Experience in water/wastewater networks, RCA, or continuous improvement is a bonus.
