About the Opportunity

Are you a highly organised Project Coordinator looking for a challenging, defined-term contract? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a significant technology transition project based in Brisbane's CBD.

This project is focused on upgrading a critical fleet management system, moving operations from the existing BynxFleet (an Oracle Forms application) to BynxCloud (a modern Oracle APEX platform).

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Project Coordinator, you will be central to the delivery team, ensuring a smooth transition of business operations.

• Coordinate the system transition, keeping close alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Manage project artefacts, schedules, and reporting for effective governance and delivery.
• Facilitate essential project meetings (including board meetings), preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Support the management and coordination of test outcomes, including tracking results and addressing any defects.
• Liaise between stakeholders, fostering clear communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Coordinate change management and training activities to ensure end-users are ready for the new platform.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the skills to manage a complex technology transition effectively.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable Project Coordinator role.
• A proactive, adaptable, and easy-going approach to managing project challenges.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Availability to attend the office 5 days per week initially (flexible work arrangements may be an option after this initial period).
