This role will focus on the scheduling, coordination, and jeopardy management of NBN complex work tickets across Fixed Line technologies — including aerial and underground infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for liaising with both field and office-based stakeholders to ensure the timely assignment and completion of work orders in line with strict KPIs, customer expectations, and NBN standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the scheduling, assignment, and dispatch of all new work items within 24 hours of receipt
- Manage work items end-to-end from assignment to completion, ensuring jeopardies are addressed in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain direct communication with field personnel and supervisory staff as needed to support work execution
- Respond promptly to all customer queries and escalations via NBN communication channels including Work Management Systems, MS Teams, phone calls, and emails
- Ensure compliance with all client systems, procedures, and policies (including work logging, updates, and status reporting)

- Monitor, report, and drive performance against strict KPIs and service level agreements
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a telecommunications project coordination or dispatch role – NBN project experience is highly regarded
- Proven experience working to tight KPIs and deadlines, ideally managing multiple tickets of work simultaneously
- Strong understanding of NBN processes, field workflows, and relevant systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong working relationships across field and office environments
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on open, honest communication and problem-solving
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, in line with company and client expectations
