Our client is a well-established construction company based in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs and is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a busy, fast-paced role supporting multiple construction projects, making it essential that you have previous experience in a similar position within the construction industry.

About the Role

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and site teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts and reports.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings and correspondence.
• Raise purchase orders and assist with invoice processing.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Maintain accurate project records and filing systems.
• Assist with compliance documentation, permits and site inductions.
• General office administration as required.

About You

• Previous experience as a Project Administrator within the construction industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction project documentation and processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with project management or ERP systems is highly regarded.
