We are seeking a highly proficient and meticulous Project Administrator to join our corporate office located in the commercial heart of Brisbane’s Southside. This critical role supports the efficient and effective delivery of projects across our portfolio.
This is a key administrative position that requires exceptional organisational skills, mature judgment, and the capacity to manage complex information streams and stakeholder expectations.
The successful candidate will serve as the indispensable administrative anchor for our Project Management team, ensuring rigorous control over project documentation and communication.

- Act as the primary conduit for project information. Prepare, refine, and distribute professional status reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and changes.
- Establish and enforce comprehensive project documentation protocols. Maintain accurate, audit-ready project files, tracking contractual agreements, formal correspondence, and regulatory compliance documents.
- Proactively manage project schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and facilitate resource allocation logistics, ensuring seamless alignment between project milestones and resource availability.
- Provide essential support in financial tracking, including processing purchase orders, reconciling project expenditures, and assisting Project Managers with budget analysis and forecasting.
About You:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Project Administration, Project Coordinator, or Executive Support role within a corporate or project-centric environment.
- Advanced command of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex administrative challenges.
