Program Manager - HCM Transformation (SAP/SuccessFactors) A highly accomplished Program Manager is currently required for an 18 months fixed term assignment to lead the critical Human Capital Management (HCM) stream within a large-scale, complex, multi-year IT Transformation Program. You will be the definitive leader for the end-to-end delivery of the HCM stream, which is centered on the deployment of SAP/SuccessFactors across our enterprise. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Delivery Management: Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to execution, deployment, and transition to operations.
• SAP/SuccessFactors Expertise: Leveraging deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors suite to ensure optimal configuration and integration, driving best practices in HR technology.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison and ultimate accountability holder for key system integration partners and software vendors.
• Team Leadership: Building, motivating, and managing a high-performing project team of functional specialists, technical experts, and change management professionals.

To be successful in this position you will be a seasoned Program Manager with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex, large-scale HCM deployment programs, involving SAP SuccessFactors.
