As a Product Owner for the Model Risk transformation, you will lead the implementation of a new Solution provided.
This role requires a blend of business and technical expertise to bridge the gap between the program team and the Model Risk team.

Your core responsibilities will include:
Business Readiness and Change Management: You will lead business readiness activities and manage change, particularly in embedding a new Group Model Risk policy and its associated standards.
Technical Implementation: You will oversee the final design and integration of a new external software solution, working closely with the assigned vendor. A key focus will be on time lines and ensuring the project / implementation is running smoothly
Stakeholder Engagement: You will engage directly with the business team to ensure they understand the new system and its workflows. Your primary goal is to get the Model Risk team on board and secure their approval at key project milestones.
This is a hands-on, implementation-focused role where you will guide the project to its first phase of implementation. You'll be working within a program structure and will be key to ensuring the successful adoption of the new system by the Model Risk team.
Ideally seeking someone with:
- Previous experience as a Product Owner
- Experience of Risk Transformation
- Experience of operating as a conduit between business and tech teams
- Previously Worked / Understands Model Risk
