Responsibilities:
This is a versatile role focused primarily on procurement, but it also requires strong capabilities in finance and administration. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to lead, plan, manage, and deliver a range of project and business activities.
Prepare and manage procurement documentation, contracts, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, including risk management and mitigation.
Prepare and release tender documentation and evaluate supplier proposals.
Manage and coordinate vendor contracts and procurement for enabling systems and tools.
Process invoices and create purchase orders and purchase requests in SAP Concur.
Produce written documents, including reports, business cases, and approval minutes for staff and senior managers.

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate:
Ability to manage complex procurement processes, contracts, and ensure compliance with government frameworks.
Strong written, interpersonal, and representational skills.
Capacity to assess risks, contribute to planning, and make informed decisions using sound judgement.
Experience in guiding team members, managing workflows, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Desirable Experience includes an understanding of or experience in public sector procurement and finance administration.
