The Opportunity
As Principal Planner, you’ll be at the forefront of development in the City of Melton. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional, ideally with a public sector background, who thrives on leading major projects, mentoring colleagues, and building strong relationships.

- Actively lead initiatives to improve departmental processes and achieve better planning outcomes.
- Providing specialist advice and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Represent Council at VCAT and other planning forums as required.
