What You'll Do:
As the Principal Infrastructure Services Officer, you'll be responsible for:
Developing and refining policies, strategies, and program plans for our division's maintenance initiatives.
Evaluating maintenance programs and policies to ensure they meet objectives, proposing innovative improvements based on your findings.
Creating and reviewing methodologies for allocating maintenance funding to schools effectively.
Establishing robust business rules, including performance indicators, to manage our crucial relationship with QBuild, our primary service delivery partner.
Leading a small team focused on the long-term planning of our maintenance programs, developing a forward pipeline of work.
Coordinating and producing high-quality reports for a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Analysing Asset Life Cycle Assessment data to formulate long-term investment strategies for maintenance.
Providing high-level strategic advice on asset maintenance policies that contribute to the lifecycle planning of the department's assets.
Preparing and coordinating ministerial correspondence, briefing materials, and reports related to maintenance programs, contributing to policy development.
