The role includes both management and a small clinical component (1 day per week) and offers a flexible working arrangement, including one work-from-home day. A vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and business planning for the clinic

• Manage staff recruitment, development, rostering, and performance

• Oversee day-to-day operations, risk, compliance, and quality processes

• Drive financial sustainability through budgeting and reporting

• Strengthen community relationships and stakeholder engagement

• Support implementation of clinical software, systems, and accreditation

• Provide clinical support (0.2 FTE) as a registered or enrolled nurse

What We’re Looking For

• AHPRA registered Registered Nurse (Div 1) or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in medical practice management

• Strong leadership, people management and HR experience

• Sound knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) and funding models

• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical practice software

• Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, Driver’s Licence

• COVID-19, Influenza and Hepatitis B vaccinations (as per industry standards)

Desirable

• Degree in Health Administration, Business or equivalent experience

• Member of AAPM and/or accredited medical practice management training

• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, adolescent, aged care, or CALD communities
