Function: IT - Business & Enabling Solutions
Position Purpose: A hands-on role dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining innovative enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Accountabilities:
Design & Development: Create, customize, and deploy solutions using the full Power Platform suite: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (workflows), Power Pages (portals), and Power BI (dashboards/reports).
Integration & Data: Design and implement data models, connectors, and integrations with external systems, leveraging Dataverse.
Quality & Support: Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution. Write comprehensive technical documentation and provide expert technical support to end-users.
Strategy: Provide expert advice on software design and contribute to strategies for platform expansion and upgrades, staying current with Microsoft developments.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
In-depth expertise across Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, Canvas & Model Driven apps).
Experience with JavaScript.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Highly Desirable: Experience supporting and developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
