We’re currently seeking a reliable and experienced Plant Crusher Operator to join a well-established concrete recycling yard based in Nudgee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work in a supportive, hands-on team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating crushing plant machinery efficiently and safely

• Performing regular maintenance and basic repairs on crushing equipment

• Operating machinery such as bobcats (loader and excavator experience highly regarded)

• General yard hand and labouring duties

• Supporting the team with various on-site tasks as needed

• Keeping the site tidy and machinery in good working order

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating crushing plant machinery - highly desirable

• Strong mechanical aptitude – able to troubleshoot and fix machines when required

• Bobcat ticket required – excavator or loader ticket a bonus

• Willingness to pitch in with yard work and labouring

• A team player with a good work ethic and attitude

• Safety-first mindset
