We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our clients HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all HR teams.
This is a dynamic position where you will work closely with various stakeholders, map existing processes, and lead initiatives to optimise the operational model. You will play a crucial part in key projects, including defining roles and responsibilities, creating a service catalogue, and developing the ServiceNow roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and drive process improvement initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate changes.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
