Reporting to the People and Culture Business Partner, the successful candidate will join the People Service Team to provide support. This role is key in supporting managers through change and consultation meetings and managing all related employee correspondence. You will also provide generalist HR support across the employment lifecycle as required, including recruitment, letters of offer, and support to the People Services Coordinator.
This is a hybrid role, requiring an in-office presence in the South Eastern Suburbs to support in-person meetings (especially initially), with flexibility to work from home on other days.
Demonstrated experience as a human resource practitioner, with specific experience supporting organisational change.
Strong ability to support and guide managers through change processes.
High-level written communication skills, with experience drafting formal correspondence and letters.
