Due to growth they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis in this newly created position. About the role:
Reporting into the Payroll Manager and working in a team environment, your duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining of employee records
- New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Award interpretation
- Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About you:
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Experience in a medium - high volume environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
