This is a high-visibility, individual contributor centrally located where you will be accountable for a major partnership, supporting the broader Partnerships strategy, and being the key driver of performance. What You'll Be Doing:
This role is the end-to-end owner of a key partnership, blending strategy with hands-on account and contract management. Your main responsibilities will include:
...Driving Performance & Growth: Own the Partner's sales performance and work across the business to deliver key initiatives and improve products/services capability to ensure aggressive and sustainable growth.
Relationship Management: Be the central point of engagement, building strong, long-term working relationships with both the Partner's key stakeholders and internal business units.
Governance & Risk: Take responsibility for contract management, ensuring contractual commitments are adhered to, and maintaining a robust governance and risk framework.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and facilitate key meetings (WIPs, monthly, steerco) and own both internal and external Partner reporting, including sales and delivery program status.
Issue Resolution: Own the identification and resolution of Partner-related complaints, incidents, and breaches, evolving governance frameworks to mitigate future risks.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute leader with a strong background in large-scale partnership management.
Must-Haves:
At least 5 years of proven experience in partner account management, with a track record of success in managing and growing partnerships.
In-depth experience and understanding of the insurance industry.
Practical experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing changes across all levels of an organisation.
Expertise in design thinking, process engineering, and problem-solving using a structured approach.
A formal qualification, such as a Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
