About the Role:
As OSHC Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the service, lead program planning and delivery, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. You’ll also build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (or currently studying towards it)
Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working in Childcare or OSHC
Valid Driver’s Licence
Confident managing a single-staffed service; experience supporting larger teams is highly regarded
Strong communication skills and a passion for nurturing children and building community
