Our Client:
Our client is a rapidly growing construction company who specialise in restoration and rebuilds. They are currently looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to ensure their Guilford office runs flawlessly while supporting the management team. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on structure, compliance, and managing diverse responsibilities.
The Role:
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be supporting 3 members of the management team, whilst also ensuring the day to day operations of the office run smoothly. Your duties will include”
- Managing state licensing, ISO documentation, insurance renewals, and coordinating staff visa documentation
- Overseeing the company fleet registration and insurance
- Arranging staff travel and accommodation
- Coordinating yard stocktakes and purchasing supplies
- Overseeing client onboarding
- managing company cards and petty cash

About You:
- Proven experience in a similar Senior Administration, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Operations Support role
