This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Office Manager. Our client is a global water treatment company that provides integrated and sustainable water solutions primarily to the mining, industrial, and municipal sectors.
Your New Role
This position is for the new WA Branch located in Henderson. As this is a new position and primarily will be the only administrative support based in that office, you will be required to be flexible and adaptable in the tasks.

Travel & Financial Administration
- Research, book, and reconcile all domestic travel (flights, car hire, accommodation) for staff, including managing occasional international travel arrangements.
- Handle key financial administration tasks, including creating and issuing purchase orders, quotes, and invoices in Xero.
- Process customer invoices, chase outstanding payments, and liaise regularly with the company’s external accounting partners.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of company credit card statements and process staff expense claims.
Office, Procurement & Facilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the main office. This includes arranging all necessary building repairs/maintenance with property managers.
- Manage the purchase of all office supplies, amenities, hardware, and essential office equipment, particularly for new employee setups.
- Oversee the cleaning contracts and manage supplier follow-up for timely delivery of orders.
General Administration & Support
- Answer incoming calls, provide basic information, and manage correspondence with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
- Maintain and manage the customer database, monitor the tidiness of computer filing systems, and assist with document preparation (proofreading, formatting, printing).
- Assist new employees with the onboarding and induction process, and provide support to the Asset Supervisor with logistics and freight matters.
QHSE Support & Compliance
- Actively liaise with the QHSE Specialist to assist with project planning, scheduled QHSE activities, and the maintenance of essential QHSE documents and records.
- Actively promote QHSE standards and compliance in the workplace to all workers, contractors, and visitors.
