... About your next role
In this vital leadership role, you will provide the central point of accountability for administrative quality, data integrity, and contract compliance across Community Services to ensure program teams operate effectively.
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee all centralised administrative functions, including intake, assessment, and reporting data systems.
- Act as the key operational link between program teams, Finance, RTO, and leadership to communicate timelines and expectations.
- Manage financial purchase orders, invoicing, and product receipt through D365.
- Ensure strict data compliance and accurate records across key systems including VETtrak and Supportability.
- Maintain and monitor contract reporting schedules, compliance dashboards, and grant tracking registers.
- Coordinate audit readiness, documentation, evidence, and compliance tracking.
- Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and quality assurance feedback to administrative staff.
What you will need to bring
- Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative, compliance, or coordination role within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with RTO compliance, NDIS systems, or grant-funded programs is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using VETtrak, Supportability, or similar database systems.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence without formal authority.
- Cultural awareness, respect, and a genuine commitment to working effectively with First Nations communities.
- A Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Community Services, or a related discipline is desirable.
Mandatory Requirements
- A valid and compliant Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Ability and willingness to travel to remote ALPA communities via 4WD or small light aircraft.
- Flight safety requirement: Ability to meet third-party aviation provider safety guidelines (maximum passenger weight capacity of 140kg).
