Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-level support within their respective teams:
Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone and email.
Logistics Operations: Booking and debriefing freight, ensuring all delivery deadlines are strictly met.
Documentation: Maintaining purchase orders, processing shipments, and ensuring data integrity.
Team Support: Providing general administrative assistance to management and the wider branch to ensure operational efficiency.
Proactive Contribution: Showing initiative by suggesting process improvements and enhancing service delivery.
Selection Criteria
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills are essential).
System Experience: Prior exposure to SAP or similar ERP software is highly regarded but not mandatory for junior roles.
Work Ethic: A "can-do" attitude, reliable nature, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Adaptability: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks in fast-paced settings.
Note: These positions are fully site-based within the Western Suburbs; no work-from-home options are available.
