Marketing Manager - Service Business (Brisbane CBD)

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping how our services are perceived and adopted by our target audience. You'll work across the full marketing spectrum, from strategy development to execution, ensuring our brand message is clear, consistent, and compelling, especially when introducing new services or enhancing existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
... Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new and enhanced service offerings, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing and product development efforts.
Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of our services to various customer segments.
Manage and optimize a range of marketing channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email), content marketing, and traditional campaigns.
Create high-quality marketing collateral and sales enablement tools (e.g., brochures, presentations, case studies) to support the sales team.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
Manage external agencies and vendors as required.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with demonstrable exposure to product marketing principles or a strong interest in this area.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, particularly for service-based businesses.
Ability to translate complex service features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
Experience with both strategic planning and hands-on execution across various marketing channels.
Excellent analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, creative, and customer-focused approach.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
