Known for their design-led approach and mission to eliminate single-use plastic, they are currently scaling at pace and looking for a sharp, self-sufficient Senior Marketing Executive to join their Melbourne HQ.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be the engine room for global integrated campaigns. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines; you’ll be executing everything from major product launches and third-party talent partnerships to high-impact brand activations and retail store marketing.

We are looking for a strong all-rounder who has a few years of experience under their belt and can navigate a fast paced environement.

• Experience: 2–3+ years in a marketing team, specifically within FMCG, Retail, Fashion, or Beauty (experience with premium consumer goods is a must).

• Campaign Mastery: Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from go-to-market stages through to execution and reporting.

• Stakeholder Savvy: You’re a professional who can manage relationships and external agents/vendors with ease.

• Culuture Fit: You are a creative thinker, a self-starter, and have the grit required for a high-growth business.
