The Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support the firm's strategic plans for practice groups, industries, and clients. This role is integral to the dynamic BDM team and is ideal for an intermediate coordinator looking to gain further experience in the legal industry.
Key responsibilities include:
... - Delivering high-quality tenders and credential statements, often working with senior lawyers and partners.
- Coordinating client events from start to finish.
- Creating email marketing campaigns and social media content, including writing copy and developing digital assets.
- Assisting with the firm's strategic projects, including innovation projects focused on data-driven decisions and task automation.
- Helping to maintain the client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Managing client and industry research and reporting.
- Contributing to internal communications, such as preparing a monthly newsletter.
About You:
- You are an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a minimum of one year's experience as a Business Development or Marketing Coordinator.
- You have tertiary qualifications in a business or communications-related field. You possess strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a hands-on, collaborative work style.
- You are flexible, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and interested in continuous learning and process improvement.
