The Role
This wealth business is seeking a highly motivated advice quality and operations leader to ensure compliant and high-quality financial advice delivery. This role is crucial for upholding AFSL requirements, driving innovation, and leading their  administration, quality, assurance, and paraplanning functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AFSL compliance and regulatory adherence.
 - Oversee efficient SoA production and advice implementation.
 - Drive continuous improvement and strategic reporting.
 - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, risk-conscious team.
 
Your Experience
          ... - Relevant tertiary qualification and Diploma of Financial Planning.
 - Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and managing compliance systems in financial planning.
 - Strong presentation skills for senior management and boards.
 - Expertise in ASIC interactions and AFSL requirements.
 - Deep knowledge of financial planning processes and technology integration for compliance.
