Maintenance Implementation Officer - Brisbane

This role will see you managing a team of trade staff and assistants, creating and implementing all maintenance operations on council assets within determined timelines, budgets and standards.
Role Duties:
- Oversaw all maintenance activities for local bus fleets, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with regulations.
- Regularly inspected maintenance facilities to ensure operational efficiency, safety standards, and proper equipment use.
- Monitored and evaluated maintenance staff performance, provided feedback, and implemented training and improvement plans.
- Planned and scheduled maintenance programs, optimised resource allocation, and ensured timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Mechanical qualifications
- Certificate in Training and Assessment
- Experience in Team Management
- Local council experience is ideal
