What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for keeping both fixed and mobile plant and equipment in top condition.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing daily inspections and proactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Conducting scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks, including minor fabrication.
- Ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop.
Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for a reliable and proactive tradesperson. This role is a great fit if you have:
- Essential: A Mechanical Trade qualification (fitting, diesel fitting highly regarded) and solid experience with preventative maintenance on both mobile plant (like excavators) and fixed plant (like crushers), along with basic welding skills.
- Desirable: Experience in the quarry or mining industry and a welding/boilermaker trade qualification.
