About the Role
As a Lube Technician, you'll be a vital part of our maintenance team, responsible for the proactive and reactive lubrication of a wide range of production machinery. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring our equipment operates at peak efficiency, minimising downtime, and extending the life of our assets.
Your duties will include:
Performing scheduled and preventative lubrication of all mechanical parts and equipment.
Conducting visual inspections and identifying potential issues during lubrication checks.
Maintaining accurate lubrication records and inventory.
Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
Working closely with the broader maintenance team to support production goals.
What We're Looking For
Proven, hands-on experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar industrial lubrication role is essential.
This is an ideal role for a Plumber or Mechanical Fitter with experience in the maintenance and lubrication of mechanical parts and machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of machinery and moving parts.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A commitment to maintaining a high standard of work.
Compensation & Benefits
