Your Duties:
- Provide a professional service to the business by welcoming all clients, visitors and guests in a friendly manner
- Processing driver run confirmations both internal/external
- Assist with other clerical tasks as requested
- Data Entry
- General admin - answering phones and actioning emails
About you:
- Logistics experience is required
- Microsoft Office experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
