Randstad is currently seeking multiple Licensing Officers for a six month contract role for a well known and reputable State Government department located in Keswick.
To be successful we will require you to have strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high quality customer service, ensuring all processes are compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and assess licence applications to ensure compliance with all legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
- Provide high quality professional support and advice to customers via telephone and email and managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Process accounts, receipts and reconciliations related to regulatory fees, ensuring accurate and up to date financial records.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience in high volume administrative processing and assessment roles.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies and procedures to make accurate and informed decisions.
- Customer Service skills, including the proven ability to be an excellent communicator on the telephone, engaging with a diverse range of customers.
- Attention to detail in data entry and records management.
- Must hold a valid NPC (National Police Check)
- Available to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
