We have a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Legal team based in Sydney CBD. It's an exciting time as our team is seeing huge success in the sector. You will be instrumental in building relationships with law firms and in-house teams across Australia while sourcing talent for a diverse range of legal roles.

What we're looking for:
- A background in white collar recruitment OR experience working in a law firm / a similar professional environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for winning business and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, independent approach.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset - our team is supportive and works closely together.
