Legal Counsel – In-House Opportunity | Global Brand
We are partnering exclusively with a well-known global brand to recruit a Legal Counsel to join their high-performing in-house legal team.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a broad, commercially focused role with direct access to senior leadership, including the Senior Legal Counsel and CEO. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of legal matters and play a key role in providing strategic legal advice to the business.

... Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney (hybrid working environment)
Experience: Approximately 3 years’ PQE
Reporting to: Senior Legal Counsel and CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
Advise on disputes, privacy, employment, IP, and consumer law matters
Provide legal and regulatory advice across the business
Work closely with senior management on risk mitigation and compliance
Monitor legal developments and provide strategic insights
About You:
Admitted to practice in NSW with a current practising certificate
Strong grounding in commercial law, either from private practice or an in-house environment
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively across business units
Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial, but not essential
This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercial lawyer looking to transition into (or grow within) an in-house role with real scope and visibility.
