Based in Brisbane CBD, this in-office role offers a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing and collaborative legal team.
Reporting to the Group General Counsel, this role will see you advising on a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters that support the delivery of world-class experiences.
Key Responsibilities
... Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
Provide timely, practical legal advice across commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and dispute resolution matters
Undertake legal research relating to sports, entertainment, and venue management sectors
Support and coordinate legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods
Assist in negotiations with external stakeholders and partners
Provide advice across key business functions including Commercial, Partnerships, Operations, People & Culture, and ICT

What We’re Looking For
- Admitted to practice in Australia, with a law degree from a recognised university
- 3 – 6 years’ PQE in commercial and corporate law, gained in private practice or an in-house environment
- Experience working in or advising the sports, entertainment, or venue sectors is highly regarded
- Strong contract negotiation skills and the ability to resolve legal disputes pragmatically
