Are you a seasoned commercial professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure contracts? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Portfolio Performance department, contributing to the financial and economic sustainability of our business. This role focuses on the commercial management and associated financial risk management for our Integrated Solutions division, which oversees a substantial infrastructure design and delivery program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract services to support cost tracking structures, monitor expenditure down to project level, and control spending in line with financial and contractual approvals.
• Assess variations, payment claims, and pain/gain share in accordance with contracts.
• Manage a portfolio of major infrastructure design and delivery contracts and negotiate service level agreements.
• Manage the reporting of divisional performance, providing accurate information and recommendations to leadership for progress evaluation and change agreement.
• Ensure the management of contracts and variations within document management systems, and specify requirements for fit-for-purpose contract management systems for large infrastructure programmes.
• Manage the identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with infrastructure contracts, advising on mitigation and opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Substantial general work experience with comprehensive job-related experience in a senior or lead commercial role (6 to 10 years).
• Extensive experience in managing multiple major infrastructure design and delivery contracts.
• Evidence of managing complex payment claims and intricate contracts.
• Knowledge and understanding of information systems and digital ways of working for financial, contract, and vendor management.
