The Role and Your Impact
As the Lead Educator in the toddler room, you'll be a key member of our founding team, responsible for shaping the educational programs and nurturing our first cohort of children. This role offers a unique level of ownership and influence you won't find in an established center.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Pioneering a positive learning environment and helping to establish the center's reputation for quality care.
- Collaborating directly with leadership to implement and refine educational initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with founding families and colleagues.
- Contributing your expertise to create engaging, individualized learning plans.
- Developing and implementing high-quality, stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Facilitating play-based learning experiences that are responsive to each child's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Observing and documenting children's developmental progress.
- Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety within the center.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- A solid understanding and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not available).
