Are you an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher seeking a rewarding role in a high-quality, community-focused Early Learning Centre (ELC)?

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our 22-place Kindergarten Program. This truly remarkable learning environment is a family-owned and operated service, featuring beautiful indoor and outdoor nature-based play spaces for children to explore.
Key Role Details
...- Position: Kindergarten Teacher
- Program: Lead a 22-place Kinder program.
- Hours: 35 - 38 hours per week.
- Planning Time: Generous 8 hours per week dedicated to program planning and preparation.
- Work-Life Balance: Fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO) can be arranged and 6- 8 weeks annual leave depending on candidate preferences
- Implementation of a play based program which caters for all children's needs and abilities

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess or be eligible for the following documents and qualifications:
- Approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification (as recognised by ACECQA).
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Training (or willingness to obtain).
- Sound knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Hold a fully registered VIT card
- Have 2 references attest to you working with children
- Ensure each child is catered for and needs are metBuild and maintain positive, strong relationships with children and their families.
- Prioritize the safety and security of all children within the environment.
- Adhere to all service policies and national regulations.
- Ensure the individual needs of every child are met and catered for.
