Junior Administration Officer!
Temp to Perm Full Time Opportunity
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Starting ASAP!
Are you a junior looking to start your career within Administration? Our client is looking for a motivated individual to commence as soon as possible!
Full training is provided, offering you the chance to learn from the best and become a valuable part of the team. Learning from the ground up, you will become proficient in data entry, and essential office administration & customer service..
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and email enquiries
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external suppliers/customers
- Taking orders & processing invoices from suppliers and customers
- Scheduling & operations
- Adhoc administration duties
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Friendly & bubbly personality
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
