We're looking for a self-starting, creative and driven communications specialist to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the experience of our people and customers. You'll partner closely with senior executives and colleagues across our marketing and corporate services teams to deliver clear, engaging and purposeful messaging that connects people to our vision, our strategy, and with each other.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of internal communications and support external communications campaigns. You'll act as a key bridge between our global head office, our leadership, our people and customers, translating business objectives and plans into compelling, actionable messages that foster a strong, unified culture. You will strengthen our employer brand, enhance employee experiences, drive alignment and sales through creative and effective communications tactics.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Impact: Develop and implement internal communications campaigns aligned with our business and external communications goals.
• Engagement Expert: Drive employee engagement through compelling storytelling, content creation, and multi-platform (on and offline) campaigns.
• Brand Ambassador: Manage internal campaigns that promote our core values, business priorities, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Content Creator: Produce engaging content including infographics, videos, employee profiles, and interactive digital communications that can be used internally and externally.
• Channel Maestro: Manage and optimise our internal communication channels, including the intranet, TV network, employee app, and internal social platforms.
• Collaborative Partner: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, marketing, and other corporate services teams to drive alignment, support enterprise-wide initiatives and sales campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, or marketing communications roles.
• A track record of developing and implementing successful internal and/or external communication strategies and campaigns (large or small).
• Great writing, editing, and content creation skills across various formats, including how to smartly use AI across content production.
• A solid understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them to a communications role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a large multinational or matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of brand strategy, employee value proposition (EVP), and change communications.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience using Canva, Monday.com or Happeo.
• Experience in supporting business transformation programs.
